Using AI responsibly
A few practical guidelines for using generated images, video, and audio in good faith.
Dayanica runs every prompt and generated result through an automated content filter, and some requests (sexual content involving minors, explicit violence, and similar categories) are blocked outright regardless of model or wording — this isn't a setting you can turn off, and it exists to keep the platform safe for everyone.
Beyond what's automatically blocked, a few habits make a real difference:
Don't create a real, identifiable person doing or saying something they didn't, especially anything that could embarrass, defame, or mislead people about them — this applies just as much to a saved Element built from someone's photo as it does to a prompt describing them by name.
Be upfront when it matters. If an AI-generated image, video, or voice could reasonably be mistaken for something real (a product photo, a testimonial, a news-style clip), say so where your audience will see it.
Respect what you don't own. Generating "in the style of" a specific living artist, or recreating a copyrighted character or brand asset, can cross into territory you don't have the rights to use commercially — when in doubt, treat the result the way you'd treat someone else's work.
Tip:If you ever post a community prompt in the Prompt Library, the same responsible-use expectations apply to the prompt text and its example image/video, not just to what you generate privately.
